Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage critical medical conditions in newborns
• Provide round-the-clock NICU care, including monitoring and intensive interventions

• Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and specialists to develop care plans
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families
• Lead clinical rounds and contribute to NICU case discussions
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital protocols
• Engage in continuing medical education and neonatal research

Job Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice medicine in UAE or eligible for licensing
• Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Strong NICU experience in hospital settings
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective communication, especially with families in crisis
• Passionate about improving outcomes for critically ill newborns
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and remain adaptable in high-pressure environments
