Providing secretarial and administrative support Responsible for the orderly operation of the office Cooperation and communication with office colleagues Organization, processing and coordination of daily tasks Email & Call Center Management Organization and support of meetings, boards of directors, general assemblies Management of Association members & sponsors Website & social media management Writing and editing texts & letters, magazine editing Transcript of minutes & drafting of briefing

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of PC and MS Office
  • Responsibility, consistency, ability to cooperate and team spirit
  • Organizational skills and adherence to schedules
  • Fluency in communication, written and verbal
