Responsible for developing sales and business development strategy for progressively expanding territory, promoting and demonstrating the company\'s services, with the goal of attaining the agreed client acquisition targets
Developing a proper business plan, investigate client needs and recommend additional equipment purchase, as needed, for providing additional/packaged NDT services to the clients
Develop suitable and capable business partners as well as potential subcontractors in different territories
Review and summarise NDT tendering document including scope of work, manpower, equipment requirements, duration etc.
Assisting concerned in pricing strategy
Responsible for having/acquiring necessary knowledge/competency in application areas of the services within the company profile; and be able to effectively demonstrate the value addition provided by our services to the customer
To arrange and participate in technical presentation, field trials with prospective clients
Continuous updating of market dynamics (e.g., regulatory changes, market trends, customer needs and competition)
Ensures customer retention and positive customer relationships across all client interfaces.
Analyse and examine the causes of any deterioration in the quality of services rendered, provide feedback and suggest necessary corrective measures for improvement for client satisfaction & retention
Conducts in accordance with accepted cultural & social norms and sensitivities of the region and uphold the company\'s reputation and promote its interests at all times
Will be expected to travel on as needed basis, to meet customers/prospective customers for meetings, plant visits, presentation and demonstration
Work and coordinate closely with respective regional offices
Marketing outreach initiatives into GCC countries
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
A technical degree.
Min 10 years of related experience using advanced NDT technologies including its advantages, limitation, and applications.
Possessing NDT Level II Certification or Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) qualified will be an advantage
Familiarity with customers and trends within asset Integrity domain

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Knowledge of local accreditation or business requirements a plus
