Job Description

Role: Support and maintain operation of existing applications and services (Dynamics NAV, LS Retail, Data Replication, Interfaces , Web service , Namos, ATG) Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support - Provides seamless support to retail sites on deployed applications
  • Incident Resolution - Conduct fault investigation and either fix or escalate to partners to ensure the satisfactory resolutions of defects.
  • Testing - Test IT solutions in line with test plans to identify and report on faults and to apply improvements to the solutions
  • Release - Assist with rollout of new solutions and provide go-live support when required
  • Training - Conduct training to retail users on new IT solutions
Skills:
  • Knowledge of Dynamics NAV, LS Retail, Report Development , SQL , Bug Fixes, on LS Data Director and replication concepts
  • Good communication, collaboration and team building skills
  • Good Written and oral Communication skills.
Education:
  • Graduate/Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience Dynamics NAV, LS Retail Implementation and support
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
