NAVAL SKILLS TRAINING (NST) INSTRUCTOR - Electronic Warfare Grade: 6

Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

JOB PURPOSE BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Naval Forces ships and train RSNF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their ships and equipment. The post holder will be responsible for delivering Naval Specialist Training (NST) at the Technical Institute for Naval Studies (TINS). Specifically, the post holder will be responsible for delivery of common content for all NST streams and Electronic Warfare (EW) stream specific content.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES The post holder is responsible for: · Delivering Naval Specialty Training curriculum and, in particular Electronic Warfare specific elements

· Supporting invigilation activities for assessments

· Supporting remedial training activities

· Supporting the continuous improvement of courseware materials and media

· Writing Trainee reports as required to meet customer requirements

RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION

The post holder must: · Be a graduate of advanced military trade schools, industrial equivalents or relevant educational establishments · Have successfully completed an accredited Instructional Techniques course. · Have extensive practical experience and recent instructional experience · For non-native English speaking applicants, they must hold a recent, valid IELTS certificate showing an average band score of 5.0 with no pillar less than 4.0
