The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Middle East market and be fluent in the English language. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base in the immigration services sector.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, regulations, and opportunities within the Canada immigration market. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and procedures.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and institutions interested in immigration services. Develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with local agencies, organizations, and businesses to form strategic partnerships that enhance our presence in the Emirates market. Explore opportunities for mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement sales plans, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely closure of deals. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote immigration services within the any communities. Utilize both online and offline channels for maximum reach.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
Skills & Requirement:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the immigration services industry, with a focus on the Middle East market.
  • Fluency in Arabic or English Language
  • Strong understanding of immigration policies and procedures, particularly related to Canada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
