Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in medicine, biology, marketing, international trade, etc.
Experience
- More than 5 years of international sales experience in vitro diagnostics industry, familiar with the Turkey, Syria and Jordan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan market. Candidates with successful sales cases and customer resources will be given priority.
Language Ability
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, proficient in at least one mainstream language in Turkey,
Syria and Jordan
, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
Business Skills
- Possess keen market insight and analysis capabilities, able to accurately grasp market demand and competitive situations. Excellent business negotiation skills and sales ability, capable of independently completing sales tasks. Good team management and communication skills, able to effectively motivate and lead team members. Strong adaptability and resilience, able to cope with changes and challenges in the international market.
