Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and ferment Napolitana pizza dough using traditional techniques
Operate fired or stone-deck ovens
Create classic and signature pizza toppings
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Work efficiently during live event service
Requirements:
Proven experience in Napolitana pizza making
Knowledge of dough hydration, fermentation, and stretching techniques
Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
