Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nanny to join an Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNWF). This position requires a professional who can provide exceptional care for children while ensuring a nurturing and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong background in childcare, catering to the unique needs of a high-profile family.
Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and personalized care for the children, ensuring their safety, emotional well-being, and development.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth in a creative and engaging manner.
• Establish and maintain daily routines for the children, including meals, naps, and educational activities.
• Assist with homework and educational projects, supporting the children's academic progress.
• Coordinate playdates and extracurricular activities, ensuring that all schedules are managed effectively.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Handle light housekeeping tasks related to the children's spaces, including laundry, organization, and cleanliness.
• Travel with the family as needed, ensuring the children are cared for in various settings.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding family matters and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a nanny or childcare provider, preferably with UHNWF or high-profile families.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate educational practices.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both children and parents.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel with the family if required.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards childcare.

Benefits:
Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 5000 (Live-in)
