Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Stay-In Housemaid to join our household. The primary responsibilities of this role include taking care of the children, assisting them with homework, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, reliable, and capable of multitasking to ensure the smooth running of daily household activities.

Responsibilities:

Childcare:

Provide attentive and nurturing care to the children in the household. Monitor and ensure the well-being, safety, and hygiene of the children. Engage in age-appropriate activities and play with the children.

Educational Support:

Assist children with their homework and ensure that assignments are completed on time. Create a conducive learning environment to foster educational development. Encourage and support educational and extracurricular activities.

Housekeeping:

Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy living space. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust various areas of the house regularly. Laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and organizing clothes.

Meal Preparation:

Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals for the family and the children. Ensure that dietary preferences and restrictions are taken into consideration.

Organization and Time Management:

Efficiently manage time to balance childcare, educational support, and housekeeping tasks. Plan and execute daily schedules to meet the needs of the household.

Communication:

Maintain open and clear communication with the family regarding the children's activities, progress, and any concerns. Report any issues or emergencies promptly to the employers.

Flexibility:

Adapt to changes in the household routine and be flexible in addressing unexpected situations. Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends if required.

Trustworthiness and Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Build trust with the family through honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in childcare and housekeeping. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of children. Basic cooking skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Physical stamina for daily household tasks.
