Cozy Care is seeking a compassionate and responsible Nanny to provide high-quality care for infants and young children.
The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment tailored to each child's developmental needs.
As a direct representative of Cozy Care, the nanny must maintain a professional, warm, and trustworthy presence at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, personalized care to assigned child(ren) in a home setting
Maintain a consistent daily routine including feeding, changing, and napping
Support developmental milestones through play, reading, and structured activities
Ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times
Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's activities, behavior, and needs
Prepare baby meals/formulas and assist with light housekeeping related to the child
Respond quickly and calmly in case of emergencies
Respect the family's values, preferences, and privacy
Qualifications
Proven experience as a nanny, babysitter, or in early childhood care
Certification in Infant and Child CPR & First Aid (or willing to obtain)
Strong understanding of child development and safety protocols
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude
Excellent communication and time-management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; childcare training is a plus
Clean background check and references required
Work Conditions
Flexible working hours depending on client needs
Primarily in-home care (may involve travel between client homes)
May require evening or weekend availability
