We are looking (Vietnam & Russian National) first priority to hire a detail-orientated nail technician to provide clients with high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments. The nail technician\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include welcoming and greeting clients, ordering new nail supplies as needed, and answering clients\xe2\x80\x99 nail-related questions. You should also be able to build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat nail appointments. To be successful as a nail technician, you should maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times. Ultimately, an outstanding nail technician should be able to keep abreast of the latest nail products, trends, and techniques to ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided. Nail Technician Responsibilities:
- We are currently seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team of professionals to be dedicated to provide exceptional nail care and beauty services to our valued clients.
- Proficiently perform all types of manicures and pedicures using various products, including gels and acrylics.
- Offer nail enhancement services, including nail extensions.
- Showcase your creative skills by designing/following various nail art creations that align with our clients\' preferences.
- Provide relaxing skin care treatments for hands and feet, including massages and paraffin treatments.
- Maintain strict compliance with instrument sterilization and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment for both clients and staff.
- Keep your workstation consistently clean and organized, creating a professional and inviting atmosphere that contributes to exceptional client experiences.
- Tailor your services to meet individual client needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable visit.
- Stay updated on the latest nail care products and techniques to provide clients with expert advice and recommendations.
- Attend required trainings to improve quality of the work, as required by management.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively listening to client requests, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and memorable visit.
- Fulfill any other related duties as required by the management team to support the overall success of our salon.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience working as a nail technician.
- In-depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.
- The ability to concentrate for extended periods of time.
- Detail-orientated and patient.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
