This is a

full-time on-site role for a Nail Expert and Trainer

at Urban Company in Dubai. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, providing guidance to nail technicians, and ensuring high-quality service standards are met. Additionally, the Trainer will need to stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance the skills of the team.

Qualifications

4-6 years experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials Strong expertise in nail techniques, professional manicure, gel manicure, pedicure and paraffin treatments for male and female clients Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to budding nail technicians Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certification or diploma in a related field Updated knowledge of industry trends and techniques
