Good hand-eye coordination

Customer service skills and the ability to upsell and make recommendations when needed
Basic phone and computer skills
Good working knowledge of nail salon software
A friendly and approachable personality
Patience and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques and methods
The ability to sit for long periods of time
Expertise in advanced nail techniques, including french manicures, airbrushing and gel manicures
Knowledge of cosmetology trends
Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
Experience in customer service
Be able to teach and follow proper hygiene precautions
