Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Nail Technician specializing in color application, detailed nail art, and acrylic nail services. The ideal candidate has strong technical ability, an eye for design, and a passion for delivering high-quality nail care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional nail services including: Acrylic nail application, refills, and repairs Nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application Advanced nail art (hand-painted designs, 3D art, chrome, ombre, stickers, etc.) Gel polish and long-lasting color services Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation following salon sanitation standards. Assess clients' nail conditions and recommend appropriate treatments or maintenance routines. Stay updated on trends in nail artistry, colors, designs, and acrylic techniques. Maintain inventory of nail products and tools; alert management when supplies need replenishing. Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and a welcoming experience. Follow all salon policies, health regulations, and safety guidelines
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Nail Technician, especially in acrylic enhancements and detailed nail art. Certification or license in nail technology (as required by local regulations). Strong creativity and artistic ability. Knowledge of current nail trends, color theory, and design techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with advanced acrylic sculpting techniques Proficiency in gel-x, dip powder, or builder gel (optional but beneficial) Ability to recommend products and upsell services
