The SO Nail Technician represents SO\xe2\x80\x99S style, mission and philosophy and is always on the lookout for new trends, products and services to introduce to the team. You should be someone who has excellent communication skills and is really passionate about fashion, music, art, new products and nails! Be committed to deliver the set revenue targets by SO\xe2\x80\x99S management on a weekly and monthly basis. Perform professional nail services and therapies to effectively satisfy the guests of SO as well as showing willingness to train in any new SO salon assistants committed to improving their current skills. Principle Accountabilities: To perform nail therapies in accordance to the SO nail services SOP\xe2\x80\x99s Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session To strive to achieve individual revenue target and set goals To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis To construct effective training sessions to all nail technicians To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support to aid them to reach their set goals To continually asses and review performance of the nail team Assist customer feedback/ complaint and provide refresher trainings, advises and follow-ups for the concerned team members To create manuals/ SOP\xe2\x80\x99s for nail services following SO standards and concept To continually research the market environment for trends and dedicated to create new services/ techniques/ designs To play active role in attending events outside of SO in order to promote the brand externally Assisting in Inventory controlling, and monitoring products and equipment usage Maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing products and anticipating Salon\xe2\x80\x99s requirements To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by SO and the Dubai Municipality Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care. To attend all internal and external trainings of products and services and be able execute and cascade information to the team General Requirements: Maintain immaculate grooming standards at all time High energy and flexible, Friendly and approachable to clients and staff all the time 3.
