Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Team Member at StarKids, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional services to children and ensuring that each young guest leaves feeling pampered and delighted. Your responsibilities will include:
Manicures and Pedicures:
Provide gentle and safe manicure and pedicure services for kids, teens and moms ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Spa Parties:
Assist in organising and hosting spa parties for birthdays and special occasions, including coordinating activities, supervising guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all. Create a magical birthday celebration atmosphere, complete with themed decorations, music, and interactive activities to make each child's special day unforgettable.
Customer Interaction:
Interact with young clients and their families in a friendly and engaging manner, listening to their preferences and ensuring a positive spa experience for everyone.
Hygiene and Safety:
Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, including sanitation practices and the use of non-toxic and child-friendly products, to create a safe and comfortable spa environment for children and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a beauty environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Passion for working with children and creating magical experiences for them.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
