Job Title: Nail Technician Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and various nail enhancements. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting a positive salon experience. Responsibilities:

Perform manicures and pedicures with precision and attention to detail, including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage, and polish application.
Offer a range of nail enhancements such as acrylics, gels, nail art, and extensions, based on client preferences and requests.
Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine their nail care needs and recommend suitable treatments and services.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools, equipment, and workstations.
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the most current and innovative services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism.
Upsell nail products and services to clients and promote retail sales to enhance their at-home nail care routines.
Collaborate with other salon staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as mandated by regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa setting.
Certification or license in nail technology or cosmetology from an accredited institution.
In-depth knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and treatments.
Proficiency in performing manicures, pedicures, and various nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules.
Passion for the beauty industry and dedication to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications or training in specialized nail techniques or services.
Experience using professional nail care products and equipment.
Sales experience in promoting nail products and services to clients.
