Summary
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to every client, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience.
- Conduct professional consultations with clients, managing and exceeding all service expectations.
- Perform classic Female & Male Manicures and Pedicures, Russian-style manicures, Hand & Foot Massages, Nail repairs, as well as basic Gel or Acrylic/Extension.
- Experience in performing waxing, threading, or lash extensions is considered a valuable asset.
- Successfully achieve sales targets through effective up-selling, cross-selling, and retail sales.
- Maintain inventory of professional nail products, ensuring an adequate stock at all times.
- Perform all services in strict adherence to the highest sanitary and hygiene standards, upholding the salon\'s reputation for excellence.
- Assist to check-in/check-out guests when required.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a high-end nail spa or salon.
- Proficient in English; fluency in additional languages is highly preferred.
- Punctual and highly organized, with an exceptional attention to detail.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about the beauty industry.
- Open and eager to learn and develop professionally within the industry.
