Duties and Responsibilities:

? Greeting clients or guests and understanding their requirements

? Able to describe available treatments and services.

? Performing duties accurately and on time.

? Being flexible with customer's schedules and being able to support the commercial requirements of the establishment or business.

? Keeping the salon equipment in good condition.

? Using products in the right amount to avoid wastage.

? offering & selling products and additional services to the customers.

?Having an understanding of and knowledge about the different nail conditions and treatments available, and different nail care products.

? Maintaining high sterilization standards and hygiene according to law and the salon's policy.

? Performing treatment preparation and maintaining the nail treatment area.

? Reporting to the management about matters related to clients or staff.

? Handling the concerns of customers professionally and courteously.

? Must be able to follow the policies and regulations of the company.

Skills Requirements:

? Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

? Excellent customer service skills.

? Required to be a team player.

? Friendly and pleasing personality.

? Excellent communication and listening skills.
