Job Overview:

As a team leader we are a growing home service beauty and wellness business dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our services include hairdressing, nail care, and wellness treatments, all provided in the comfort of our clients' homes. We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Team Leader to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relations Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage bookings, and address feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Service Delivery: Perform high-quality beauty and wellness services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish application/removal, nail art, nail extensions, hair styling, cutting, and additional services such as massage, waxing, and hair treatments (preferred).

- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians, setting high standards for customer care, service quality, and hygiene.

- Operations Management: Coordinate appointments, manage supplies, and oversee logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in developing promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, handle payments, and maintain accurate records to ensure profitability.

Requirements for team leader:-

- Hands-On Skills: Proficiency in nail services, hairdressing, and wellness treatments. Ability to perform services as needed.

- Customer Service Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, gentle, and welcoming approach.

- Hygiene Standards: Commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Professional Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed with a professional demeanor.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.

- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is required.

- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary:

- Team Leader (If she has UAE license) :AED 2,800 (with potential increase to AED 3,200 after 6 months based on performance).

As a Nail Technician, We are a growing home service beauty and wellness business dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our services include hairdressing, nail care, and wellness treatments, all provided in the comfort of our clients' homes. We're currently looking for a skilled and creative Nail Technician to join our team and help us offer top-notch care services.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform high-quality beauty and wellness services, including Apply nail art designs, including custom designs and seasonal trends ,manicures, pedicures, gel polish application/removal, nail extensions,acrylic ,hair styling, cutting, and other services such as massage, waxing, and hair treatments.

- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and understanding their needs

- Recommend and sell nail care products to clients

- Stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products

- Ensure the proper sterilization of all tools and equipment

- Adhere to salon policies, including punctuality and professionalism

- Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the salon equipments.

Qualifications:

- Certification in Nail Technology or Cosmetology (required)

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician (preferred)

- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and trends

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and precision in work

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

- Nail Technician:AED 2,300 (with potential increase to AED 2,500 after 6 months based on performance).
