Experience in luxury or high-end salon environments. Product knowledge of major nail brands (e.g., OPI, CND, Gelish, etc.). Passion for continuous learning and trend-setting nail design. Flexible and reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years

of professional nail technician experience. Certified Nail Technician (NVQ Level 2/3, Diploma, or equivalent). Proven expertise in gel, acrylic, and nail art design. Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lead and mentor junior team members. Creative eye for design and attention to detail.

Client Services:

Perform manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, overlays, and advanced nail art with precision and creativity. Provide expert advice on nail care, products, and maintenance. Ensure all treatments are delivered to the highest professional standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.

Technical Excellence:

Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of gel, acrylic, and dip systems. Maintain excellent knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and health & safety protocols.

Leadership & Mentoring:

Train, guide, and support junior nail technicians and apprentices. Lead by example in professionalism, work ethic, and client service. Assist management in evaluating staff performance and training needs.

Operations & Maintenance:

Ensure all nail equipment and tools are sterilized and properly maintained. Manage stock levels of nail products and supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment.
