Job Description
A Nail & Eyelash Technician provides beauty services, performing manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, art, and applying lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume), requiring strong client consultation, hygiene, detailed application skills, aftercare education, and knowledge of trends for enhanced client satisfaction and retention. They must sanitize tools, maintain spotless work areas, manage supplies, and build client relationships for repeat business in salons or spas. Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Discuss client needs, preferences, and suitability for treatments, including patch tests for lashes.Nail Services:
Perform manicures, pedicures, cuticle care, gel, BIAB, acrylics, nail art, and extensions.Eyelash Services:
Apply and refill lash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid), lash lifts, and tints.Hygiene & Safety:
Sterilize tools, maintain clean workstations, and follow salon sanitation protocols.Aftercare:
Educate clients on proper maintenance, cleaning, and products to use/avoid.Inventory:
Monitor and order supplies for both nail and lash services.Client Relations:
Build rapport, manage appointments, and encourage return visits.Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on new techniques, products, and styles.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in both nail and lash services. Strong attention to detail and precision. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and multitask. Knowledge of different lash extension styles (Classic, Hybrid, Volume) and nail techniques (Russian Manicure, Gel, etc.). Relevant certifications or licensing (varies by region).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
