Music Teaching Assistant - Dubai

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic

Music Teaching Assistant

to support the delivery of engaging and inspiring music lessons for primary-aged students. This full-time role is based in

Dubai, UAE

, and involves working closely with the lead music teacher to nurture students' creativity, musical skills, and love for learning in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering music lessons across various levels within the primary school. Support students in learning musical theory, rhythm, and instrumental or vocal techniques. Help organize and prepare materials, instruments, and resources for lessons and performances. Assist in rehearsals, concerts, and school musical events. Provide individual or small-group support to students to enhance skill development and confidence. Encourage creativity, participation, and appreciation for different musical styles. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Salary:

AED 5,000 per month

Medical insurance and resident visa provided

Requirements:

Previous experience as a music assistant, music tutor, or in an educational support role. Strong musical background, preferably with skills in singing or playing one or more instruments. Knowledge of basic music theory and classroom music instruction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with young learners. Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and support school performances.
