Beit Fann Arts & Music Studio is seeking a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to inspire students of all ages through comprehensive instruction in music theory, performance techniques, and instrument training (piano, vocal).

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality instruction in music theory and instrumental performance to students at various skill levels.
Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to student needs and goals.
Prepare students for recitals, performances, and music examinations.
Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages artistic growth.
Organize and lead ensemble work, group lessons, and performance coaching.
Ensure proper care and maintenance of instruments and studio equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field.
2-3 years of teaching experience in a studio or classroom setting.
Proficiency in at least one musical instrument (piano, guitar, violin, etc.); multi-instrument proficiency is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of music theory, sight-reading, and performance techniques.
Experience working with students of diverse ages and skill levels.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to create engaging, structured, and inspiring lesson plans.
