Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
• Install fixtures, fittings, and equipment related to electrical and plumbing systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Diagnose system issues, determine root causes, and implement effective repair solutions
• Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines, building codes, and operational standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repair, and installation activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to prevent operational disruptions
• Operate and maintain relevant tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment requirements
• Stay updated on QHSE policies and report hazards or incidents to the line manager

Ideal Profile

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and system manuals
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance trades
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and maintenance best practices
• Competent in using hand and power tools across multiple trades
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
