Atlantis The Palm is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Multi-Technician to support Wavehouse Entertainment operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical aptitude, guest service awareness, and hands-on experience in maintaining entertainment and arcade systems within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Assistant Manager of Wavehouse Entertainment in maintaining and operating arcade machines
Perform routine checks, basic repairs, and troubleshooting of arcade and entertainment equipment
Support the AV team during live entertainment events and activities
Ensure all machines and systems operate safely and efficiently
Respond promptly to technical issues to minimize guest disruption
Maintain accurate records of faults, repairs, and maintenance activities
Deliver strong guest interaction and support when required within entertainment areas
Follow all safety, operational, and company procedures
Ideal Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical or entertainment support role
Strong troubleshooting and computer skills
Background in guest-facing environments within hospitality or entertainment is preferred
Ability to follow instructions while working effectively within a team
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Skills Set
Arcade and entertainment equipment operation
Basic electrical and technical troubleshooting
AV support for live entertainment
Guest interaction and service awareness
POS systems knowledge such as MICROS or similar
Teamwork and communication skills
