Multi Technician – Civil

Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Carry out civil maintenance works such as masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and minor concreting.
2. Perform repair and maintenance of doors, windows, ceilings, partitions, and flooring.
3. Attend and resolve civil-related complaints from tenants and clients within agreed timelines.
4. Conduct routine inspections of building civil works and report defects.
5. Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) activities as per schedule.
6. Identify material requirements and report to the supervisor for procurement.
7. Ensure all work is completed as per safety standards, quality requirements, and approved procedures.
8. Maintain proper housekeeping at work areas after job completion.
9. Coordinate with MEP technicians during combined maintenance works.
10. Maintain daily work reports and job cards.
11. Respond to emergency maintenance calls related to civil works.
12. Support renovation, fit-out, and minor modification works.
13. Follow QHSE rules, policies, and site safety regulations at all times.
14. Use tools and equipment properly and ensure their safe handling and storage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
