Required Skills
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.Troubleshooting:
Ability to quickly identify and resolve complex problems.Organizational Skills:
Strong planning, scheduling, and prioritization abilities.Proactivity & Flexibility:
A proactive attitude and the willingness to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to changing schedules. Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.Communication:
Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers.Work Environment & Requirements
On-Call Availability:
Often required to be available for emergency repairs, potentially 24/7.Multi-Site Experience:
Experience working across various sites or properties is a plus.Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
