Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Chef with proven expertise in preparing high-quality burgers, pasta, salads, pastries, desserts, and health-focused dishes. The ideal candidate will contribute to our catering company's diverse menu offerings, maintain consistency in food quality, and ensure a memorable culinary experience for clients across various events.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a range of dishes including gourmet burgers, fresh pasta, vibrant salads, artisanal pastries, elegant desserts, and healthy meals. Develop and refine recipes to meet dietary trends and client preferences (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, keto, etc.). Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and portioning for events of varying sizes. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and catering team to design event-specific menus. Supervise food preparation and kitchen staff during catering events, ensuring quality control and timely service. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste while maximizing cost-efficiency. Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Stay updated with culinary trends and innovate menu offerings accordingly.

Qualifications:

Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on at least three of the following: burgers, pasta, salads, pastries/desserts, and health-conscious cuisine. Experience working in catering or event-based food service is a plus. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Creativity and passion for food with attention to detail and flavor balance. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Working Conditions:

Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules.
