The key requirements for this technician are:
Electrical Installation:
Solar PV system wiring (DC/AC sides)
Battery system connections (LFP or similar)
Basic electrical circuits, including lighting, pump control, and distribution boards
Good understanding of
electrical circuit diagrams and single-line drawings
Knowledge of
device testing and system settings, including inverters and related protection devices
Mechanical Assembly:
Solar mounting structure fixing, alignment, and levelling
Container assembly, equipment installation, and mechanical fitting
Skilled use of cutting, drilling, grinding, and basic welding tools
Heavy Material Handling:
Experience in lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment and containers
Familiarity with cranes, hoists, and rigging tools, following proper safety practices
Capability to handle container alignment and secure placement on-site
Safety and Other Skills:
Strong understanding of lifting safety, electrical risks, and proper material handling
Ability to read and understand
equipment manuals in English
Good communication skills in English
Holding a valid driving license is preferred
The technician should have
a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience
in electrical, mechanical, or container assembly work.
