Job Description

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across multiple trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. ? Plumbing: Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial building. Basic knowledge of carpentry and masonry.

? Painting: Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats.

? Electrical: Create, maintain and repair the electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity.

? Mechanical: Check equipment and operating systems. Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality. Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.

2. Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time

3. Performs other related functions the management deem necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (and/or Other Attributes):

1. Bachelor degree / Diploma / ITI certification in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

2. 2 - 4 years' experience in UAE.

3. Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing maintenance.

4. Reasonable facility of Language (English) and communication skills

5. Must be able to install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing fixtures/accessories and system, waste and air venting system layout.

6. Must be able to check/trouble shoot, repair, and assess material requirement and its intended use for correct installation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
