Performs maintenance, repairs, and installations across various systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, masonry, painting, and drywall repairs.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues such as faulty switches, outlets, and lighting systems.
Address plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, and fixture installations. Maintain heating and water systems to ensure functionality. Conduct minor repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems. Investigate and diagnose system malfunctions and breakdowns in various equipment, from mechanical pumps to specialized machinery. Execute routine and planned maintenance tasks and inspections to prevent equipment failures and extend asset lifecycles. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and urgent repair requests. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and service work performed. Work effectively with other technicians, engineers, and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and resolve complex issues. Key duties involve responding to emergency breakdowns, conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications. This role requires a broad technical skill set, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage maintenance logs and spare parts inventory to ensure optimal performance and minimize operational disruptions.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
