Cable pulling (power and low current)
Installation and connection of electrical panels (main DB, automation/control panels)
Wiring and installation of sockets, switches, lighting fixtures, and sensors
Reading and understanding electrical layouts and technical drawings
General Maintenance Support:
Plumbing tasks:
fixing leaks, installing faucets, basic pipework
AC support:
basic servicing of split units (cleaning filters, diagnosing minor issues)
Carpentry tasks:
minor repair works, fixing doors, hinges, handles, furniture
Assisting in fit-out and maintenance work at residential and commercial sites
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC
Strong knowledge in residential and light commercial electrical installations
Hands-on experience with tools and equipment for electrical and general maintenance
Ability to work independently and follow project instructions
Basic English communication (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
UAE driving license (Category 3 or 5) is an advantage
Experience with smart home systems or automation is a plus
Basic understanding of HSE practices on site
