We are looking for a versatile and experienced Multiskilled Civil Technician to support our FM team projects. This role involves a range of technical tasks
Who Knows Carpentry , Mason works, Painting Works, Joinery works
Able to do site surveys, Measurements, assisting with design and layout.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections, surveys, and measurements as required Assist engineers and project managers with design layouts and technical drawings Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently Assist in the installation and maintenance of Civil works Perform minor repairs, concrete works, and earthworks as needed Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site Collaborate with different teams and subcontractors to support project goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a multiskilled technician role within civil construction or FM Proficient in using surveying instruments and construction tools Strong understanding of civil works and Construction process Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Good organizational and communication skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction Ability to work independently and as part of a team
