Outside Sales Executive - Lighting Division
Focus onarchitectural and decorative lighting
projects. Work witharchitects, interior designers, and contractors
. Present premium lighting solutions forresidential, hospitality, and commercial
projects.Outside Sales Executive - MEP Division
Specialize inmechanical, electrical & plumbing solutions
. Build relationships withconsultants, contractors, and developers
. Support infrastructure and large-scale project requirements.Senior Key Account Manager (Lighting & MEP)
Leadmajor projects and key clients
across both divisions. Mentor junior sales staff and support cross-functional coordination. Drive high-value contracts inmixed-use developments, hotels, and government projects
.Requirements (for all roles)
Proven experience in
outside sales
(Lighting, MEP, or related construction industries). Established network inconsultancies, contracting firms, and design studios
. Strong technical knowledge oflighting specifications, electrical systems, and/or MEP coordination
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage projects independently.Job Type: Full-time
Education:
