Job Description
Our client is an award-winning restaurant with 3 waterfront locations in North Wales. Due to growth, they are looking for a number of skilled CDP, Sous Chef and bakers to join their team. Requirements
- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP), Junior Sous Chef, or Sous Chef in a hot kitchen setting
- Experience in 4- or 5-star hotels is preferred, but must also include a background in ? la carte, specialty, or standalone restaurants rather than solely banqueting or room service
- For non-hotel backgrounds, candidates ideally come from high-quality, busy restaurants with a focus on semi-fine and fine dining,
- A minimum of 3 years' experience for CDPs (preferably 5 years), at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role for Junior Sous Chefs, and a minimum of 3 years as a Sous Chef (if less, they will be considered for a CDP role)
- International experience outside of home country is preferable
- Experience working on multiple sections, particularly the hot section or grill;
- pastry chefs will be considered separately for the baking role, 3 + years of experience ideal
- Demonstrated job stability and a genuine commitment to relocation to the United Kingdom
- A valid passport plus B1 or IELTS 4.0 English level required
- Support with interview process, skills assessment process and visa application
- Candidates can also apply for PR with support of their employer after working in the UK.
