1.Quantity Surveyor (Steel Structure) - 3yr exp

Should have experience in construction / steel structural fabrication & installation / UAE Experience is mandatory / has to perform pre & post contract estimations / Identifying and weighing up commercial risks.

2.Structural Design Engineer - 5yrs

1) Design, analyze, and construct structural elements of buildings and other structures.

2) Develop structural plans, specifications, and calculations.

3) Review shop drawings.

4) Must be well versed in STAAD PRO and strong knowledge of Steel Structures.

5) Must have 05 years UAE experience

3.Structural Design Manager - 7 yrs

1. Team Leadership:

\xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor a team of designers, including architects, structural engineers, steel and aluminum detailers

\xc2\xb7 Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging the team to generate fresh ideas and concepts.

2. Project Management:

\xc2\xb7 Plan, organize, and prioritize design projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, projects and production, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

3. Design Strategy:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company\'s branding and business goals.

\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors\' design initiatives.

4. Concept Development:
