Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor construction works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contracts
Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and authority requirements
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, inspectors, and stakeholders on site
Review technical submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report discrepancies
Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities where applicable
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site activities
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering for Resident Engineer and Engineer roles
Diploma in Engineering for Inspectors and Land Surveyors
BSc in Quantity Surveying with MRICS or equivalent for Quantity Surveyor roles
Relevant years of experience as specified for each role
Strong background in microtunnelling, stormwater, drainage, or sewerage treatment plant projects
Experience working with local authorities and utility approvals in Dubai
Strong coordination, reporting, and site supervision skills
