Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented

Multimedia Content Creator

to join our marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating engaging videos using Adobe After Effects, editing photos with Photoshop for social media platforms, and shooting professional videos and photos to showcase our brand's story, services, and client success stories. This role is perfect for a creative individual passionate about storytelling through multimedia, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of branding in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Creation and Editing:

Produce high-quality videos for TXM Solutions using Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to promote our services on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create branded video content inspired by concepts like the Morat - No Se Vamusic video (as referenced in prior discussions), incorporating elements like dynamic transitions, glowing effects, and text overlays. Edit videos to align with our brand identity, using a blue and violet color theme to reflect loyalty and intelligence, as per our recent marketing guidelines.

Photo Editing for Social Media:

Use Adobe Photoshop to edit and enhance photos for social media campaigns, ensuring consistency with TXM Solutions' brand aesthetic. Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, focusing on professional yet approachable visuals that resonate with our target audience (business owners, expats, and entrepreneurs).

Video and Photo Shoots:

Plan, shoot, and produce professional videos and photos for TXM Solutions, capturing key moments such as client testimonials, office events, and Dubai-based project highlights (e.g., at locations like Dubai Marina, DIFC, or Burj Khalifa). Ensure all shoots reflect Dubai's vibrant business culture while adhering to local cultural norms (e.g., modest attire, respect for public spaces).

Content Strategy and Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar for 2025-2026, aligning multimedia projects with key events like GITEX Technology Week (October 2025) and Ramadan (February 18 to March 19, 2026). Stay updated on social media trends in the UAE to create relevant, engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement.

Asset Management:

Maintain an organized library of all multimedia assets, ensuring proper licensing for images or music used (e.g., sourcing from platforms like Pexels or Freepik, as per prior discussions). Deliver final assets in formats optimized for each platform (e.g., 1080x1080 for Instagram, 1920x1080 for YouTube).

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in video production and editing using

Adobe After Effects

, with a portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects. Advanced skills in

Adobe Photoshop

for photo editing, graphic design, and social media content creation. Hands-on experience in shooting professional videos and photos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, with knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and their content requirements, particularly in the UAE market. Strong understanding of branding and storytelling through multimedia, with an ability to adapt to TXM Solutions' blue and violet color theme. Cultural sensitivity and awareness of UAE norms, especially when shooting in public spaces or during events like Ramadan. Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines (e.g., delivering content for weekly social media posts). A creative mindset with a passion for innovation in multimedia content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, preferably for a business or consultancy brand. Experience working in Dubai or the UAE, with knowledge of iconic locations for shoots (e.g., Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina). Familiarity with additional tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Canva is a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic or Russian are an advantage, given our diverse client base.
