Derma Plus Polyclinic is seeking a creative, results-driven

Multimedia Specialist

to be responsible of our visual content creation and digital advertising efforts. This role combines

videography, photography, and media buying

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Photography

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns Capture treatments, events, testimonials, and promotional content in compliance with healthcare marketing standards Maintain and manage photography and video equipment Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets

Graphic Design

Design social media posts, ads, posters, flyers, brochures, and in-clinic branding materials Create visual content aligned with Derma Plus branding guideline

Content Editing & Production

Edit videos for reels, ads, stories, and promotional materials Create engaging short-form and long-form content Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and website use

Media Buying & Digital Advertising

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Monitor campaign performance and manage advertising budgets Generate monthly reports on leads, conversions, and ROI Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance

Brand & Marketing Support

Work closely with management and marketing teams on campaign concepts and launches Support promotional events, product launches, and doctor branding

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in videography and photography (portfolio required) Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar) Hands-on experience in paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) Knowledge of healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetics marketing is a strong advantage Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong creative and analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
