Position Overview: As a Video/Photographer and Graphic Designer with WordPress Website Management at Houzify, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and visually showcasing our properties. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, creating engaging graphic content, and managing our WordPress website to ensure the timely and accurate publication of property listings and other related content.

Key Responsibilities: Photography and Videography: Conduct on-site property photoshoots and video tours. Ensure high-quality images and videos that highlight property features. Edit and enhance visual content to meet brand standards. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics. Design eye-catching advertisements for online and print media. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. WordPress Website Management: Update and manage property listings on the WordPress website. Ensure accurate property information, high-quality images, and engaging descriptions. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility. Content Management: Create and curate compelling content for the website and social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars. Monitor website performance and user engagement. Real Estate Expertise: Have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and property features. Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to effectively showcase properties. Qualifications: Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in the real estate sector. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Strong knowledge of WordPress website management. Excellent photography and video editing skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Real estate background and market knowledge in Abu Dhabi is required.
