Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Managing and developing the company's social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok).

- Deep immersion into the product, services, and internal processes to ensure accurate and meaningful content representation.

- Developing and implementing SMM and content strategies.

- Creating and managing a content plan (posts, stories, reels).

- Writing copy for posts, stories, and video scripts.

- Shooting "live" content (behind-the-scenes, workflows, daily operations).

- Fast content processing and simple editing for publication.

- Finalizing content for posting (photo editing, video editing, platform format adaptation).

- Assigning and coordinating tasks with designers, photographers, and videographers.

- Working within the creative department alongside the project manager and in-house designers, photographers, and videographers.

- Maintaining a consistent visual style and brand tone of voice.

- Analyzing performance metrics, reach, and engagement.

- Managing comments and direct messages.

- Tracking trends and adapting them to the brand's positioning.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SMM Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and platform logic.

- Confident level of English.

- Ability to independently finalize content for publishing (editing and simple video montage).

- Skills in shooting "live" content and performing fast, basic editing.

- Clear understanding of the importance of deep product knowledge and internal process logic.

- Strong visual sense and attention to aesthetics.

- Responsibility, self-organization, and initiative.

Working Conditions:

- Schedule: 6 days per week, office-based, from 10:00 to 19:00.

- Employment type: full-time, office-based.

- Salary: 8,000 AED
