Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Production
Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality, polished video content.
Add animations, motion graphics, sound effects, subtitles, and transitions.
Prepare video content tailored for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and websites.
Perform color correction, sound syncing, and basic audio enhancement.
Assist in occasional video shoots by operating camera equipment when needed.
Graphic Design & Multimedia
Design still graphics, social media posts, banners, and visual layouts.
Create basic animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
Develop multimedia assets that follow brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
Content Management
Organize project files, maintain media libraries, and manage digital assets.
Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets branding standards.
Adapt and repurpose existing content into fresh formats.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Skilled in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and content trends.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, marketing agencies, or fast-paced creative environments.
Knowledge of 2D animation or motion graphics.
Basic videography/camera operation experience.
Familiarity with AI-based editing or design tools.
