Our client is a strategy-led brand creation and activation specializing in differentiated brand positioning. They are an award-winning regional brand consultancy based in Dubai and Riyadh. They are recruiting a Multimedia Designer to join their team. This work will be a full time remote job.

As a Multimedia Designer, you will be part of the Content & Multimedia team, responsible for the conceptualization, design and rollout of social media content for our clients. It goes without saying, you already have excellent knowledge of design fundamentals, including beautiful typographic skills, an eye for color, and an obsession with grids and aligning layouts perfectly. You will be part of a team that encourages experimentation and exploration and you will always find ways to challenge the status quo. What You\'ll Be Doing
As a Multimedia Designer, you will be working on multiple social media accounts within the company\'s client portfolio.

You will:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute compelling digital materials for social media use
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques, ensuring that our visual communications remain innovative and cutting-edge
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects and ensure that they adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines without compromising on quality

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of completed design projects that highlight your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to skilfully combine colors, fonts, and layouts to create visually impactful designs.
• Meticulous attention to visual details, ensuring precision and accuracy in all design deliverables.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor\'s degree (BSc) in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in social media account management, with a deep understanding of effective social media design strategies.
• Proven experience in social media and digital design/branding, including the ability to create engaging visuals optimized for various platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, enabling you to bring dynamic motion graphics to your designs.
• UX/UI experience is a plus (User Experience/User Interface), showcasing your ability to enhance user interactions through intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
