Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Multimedia Designer to join our marketing team. This role plays a critical part in designing and developing high-impact presentations for the organization and supporting wider marketing efforts through video editing, motion graphics, and general design work.

Approximately 60% of the role will focus on executive-level presentation design, while the remaining responsibilities will involve video editing, motion graphics, and visual content creation for various internal and external marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation & Deck Design

Conceptualize, design, and develop visually compelling presentations for key business functions, including C-suite communications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align on core messaging and translate insights into clear and engaging visual narratives.

Ensure brand consistency across all decks while enhancing clarity, impact, and visual appeal.

Leverage storytelling techniques, infographics, and data visualization to support strategic communication.

Provide guidance on structure, hierarchy, and content flow to optimize engagement and comprehension.

Video Editing & Creative Design Support

Edit and produce high-quality video content for internal and external campaigns, webinars, and events.

Create engaging motion graphics and multimedia assets for social media, digital platforms, and presentations.

Design marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, social media creatives, and website visuals.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand alignment across all materials.

Stay updated on the latest trends in design, animation, and video production to continually improve creative output.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.

Strong design expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Canva, Figma, and PowerPoint.

Excellent storytelling and data visualization capabilities.

Knowledge of branding and corporate identity design.

Strategic thinking with the ability to align visuals with business goals.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Effective communicator with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience creating motion graphics and animated visual content.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and interactive media.

Solid understanding of branding and corporate identity systems.
