ThinkMarkets is looking for creative talent that will join our rapidly growing global workforce in Dubai. You will play an integral role in the marketing team as part of the dedicated inhouse design team. The role would allow you to push yourself to execute innovative design ideas and campaigns, develop industry-leading best-in-class executions across numerous channels. Responsibilities:
- Campaign and content conceptualization along with other design team members.
- Creating highly engaging animated graphics and videos in AE and PR.
- Creating digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms and various purposes such as infographics, emails, social posts, landing pages, websites etc.
- Creating motion graphics or visual media productions for use across different digital touchpoints.
- Translating ideas into visual content that can be understood by a wide audience.
- Creating visual content that communicates ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with creative leads and other colleagues to best support larger media goals.
- Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
- You have prior experience (minimum 3 years) as a Graphic /Motion /Multimedia Designer.
- You have a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or relevant degree.
- You possess an expert-level knowledge of AI, PSD, INDD, AE.
- Your experience in XD and Figma is a plus.
- Experience in creating illustrations is a plus.
- You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- You are organized and can prioritise effectively.
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- A curious personality who takes initiative and finds solutions.
