Role Overview:

We are looking for

motivated and multilingual Property Consultants

to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for driven professionals who are passionate about real estate, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a rewarding career in one of the world's most dynamic property markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Assist international and local clients with property purchases, sales, and investments. Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the entire transaction process. Maintain deep knowledge of Dubai's property market, communities, and developers. Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least 6 months to 2 years in

Dubai real estate sales

(off-plan or secondary market preferred). Fluency in

English

plus speaking one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, Turkish, etc.) have priorities. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license and own car is a plus. Knowledge of CRM systems and Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures.
