The Position
As a Multi-Channel Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for the Design and execution of Multi-Channel Engagement strategic activities, and customer journeys and enhance multichannel customer engagement tactics in Saudi Arabia. Key Accountabilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to achieve our digital marketing goals, strategies, and tactics including applicable content development to support our portfolio and enhance customer engagement. Act as the catalyst for digital transformation, promoting a cross-functional focus on customer experience. Establish core digital channels and support marketing and other functions to execute effectively. Follow-up on KPIs concerning multichannel activities, taking conclusions and providing advice on possible actions. Collaborate with Region, Global Marketing & the Global Multichannel team in the development, planning, piloting, and execution of emerging multichannel capabilities and projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we require you to have openness to changes and enjoy working with people from many cultures, professional backgrounds, and mindsets. In this role, you also need to have excellent time management skills and strong project management skills, communication skills, and Fluency in English (reading and writing).
To be effective in this role, we expect you to have: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing Additional qualifications in digital marketing are preferable Experience in running similar digital marketing campaigns, experience with web analytics, social media campaigns, and video & photo editing will be considered a plus Demonstrated track record in multi-tasking, cross-functional collaboration with an analytical mindset & experience in stakeholder management.
About the department
The Multichannel customer engagement department is part of the Saudi Commercial Excellence & projects department which allows you to drive overall Customer Engagement initiatives and programs to effectively engage with healthcare professionals in Saudi Arabia.
