Job Description
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervising, guiding, and motivating a team of technicians.Work Allocation & Scheduling:
Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and managing schedules to meet deadlines.Training & Development:
Providing training, mentoring, and coaching to technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills.Performance Management:
Evaluating performance, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues.Quality Control:
Ensuring that work meets quality standards and adheres to company policies and procedures.Safety Compliance:
Ensuring that all technicians follow safety protocols and regulations.Problem Solving:
Addressing issues and challenges that arise, and finding effective solutions.Communication:
Communicating effectively with technicians, other departments, and management.Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records and reports.Inventory Management:
Ensuring that the necessary tools and equipment are available.Experience:
All types of Chiller and HVAC and MEPCertificate:
ITI certificate, degree attested by MOFASkills to Highlight:
Leadership and team management. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Communication and interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge relevant to the field. Time management and organizational skills. Training and development skills. Performance management skills. Safety awareness and compliance. Conflict resolution skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
